12 DAYS OF GLORY FAST (DAY 11)
PRAYER FOCUS: THE BLESSINGS OF HIS PRESENCE
Text: Psalm 91:1-3
He that dwelleth in the secret place of the most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of the LORD, He is my refuge and my fortress: my God; in him will I trust. Surely he shall deliver thee from the snare of the fowler, and from the noisome pestilence.
It is no strange to hear that, there is no safe place on earth today. In a developed nations where human safety and all security measures is a priority, yet they suffers uncertainty, insecurity, instability, anxiety and hesitancy because of a failed human system to provide safety.
God’s presence is the only guaranteed safety on earth, not our homes, offices, or even places of worship. In fact, in some parts of the world like northern Nigeria, places of worship has been unsafe for many years.
God’s presence means anywhere God’s glory is made manifest. It doesn’t matter where you live or find yourself per time, if His presence is with you , then you have no need for worries and anxiety.
God is omnipresent, this means that there’s no galaxy so vast that God isn’t present or even in a tiniest atomic particles, God is fully in it. Ps.139.7 – 8 says; Whither shall I go from thy spirit? or whither shall I flee from thy presence? If I ascend up into heaven, thou art there: if I make my bed in hell, behold, thou art there.
God’s presence is accompanied by his power to shield, preserve and to deliver. No need to worry even if you are in trouble, God lives in trouble! Our present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1).
May I submit to you today, in the Name of Jesus, in the year 2026, God’s presence shall be evident in our lives. It doesn’t matter what’s going on around the world or families or communities or the negative predictions or prophesies circulating. God has been in control, He is in control and will forever be in control.
Prayer
- Lord Jesus, help me to dwell in the secret place of your glory and power.
- Lord cover me in the shadow of your almighty.
- Lord Jesus, you are my defense! Shield me and cover me against the traps of the enemy.
- Speak the blood of Jesus over your destiny and family.
- Lord Jesus, help me and deliver me and my loved ones from all evil.
- Thank you Lord.
